My name is Jennifer Masuda and I live in LA County. I'm fairly knowledgeable in completing residential appraisal reports (friends are also trainees/new appraisers) therefore, I'm coming to the table with basic knowledge. I graduated with a BA in 2016 and have since worked for a start-up company so I know how to follow directions, work independently, and most importantly roll with the punches.

My goal is for this relationship to be mutually beneficial - preferably more beneficial for you than it is for me. I'm happy to complete all your reports for free in exchange for your supervision. I'm located in the 91765 area but am more than willing to work virtually for anyone in CA living outside LA County. Certified General Appraisers are most likely to take in Trainees. You can find a list of them on the BREA website. (the AG Licensees are certified general).
