Chanin - I'm not sure what to tell you, but I'd bet good money that there will be a young Brother of mine coming along soon who is from you neck of the woods that can help you out..............And - if I'm not mistaken that you should hear soon from Mr. Bingham.
 
Check with your state board. Here in Oregon, we do not permit the assistant to sign an appraisal report - they do permit it up there in Washington.

The appraiser I am working for didn't know that I could get credit for an appraisal if I didn't do the inspection. All I need according to TN laws is to do 50%. He said that he doesn't think I do 50% but we are supposed to talk about it later. When I don't go on an inspection with him, he does the inspection and I pick up his notes and the pictures. I do everything else and then let him know what I think the value should be and what comps I used and he lets me know if he agrees with it. Then I take care of sending it to the client. I thought that should be about 50%.
