Trainee Transplant Needing to Finish Hours

Moved here from FL last year, just as the market was going downhill and wasn't able to get enough work to finish hours down there before the move. I've since found out from the Florida board that they will accept GA experience hours to complete my FL license. Once I'm certified there I can get reciprocity here after passing the GA specific test. I only have about 500 hours left.

I need to find someone here as a supervisor that would allow me to work under them, so that I can finish my FL license. Shouldn't be long, and I have my own sources of clients and work. Any help would be IMMENSELY appreciated. Thanks

GA where? I know Appraisers with GA license but can’t help with just GA as the area.
Also, will GA accept FL experience hours?
Be sure to use the proper log whichever way it works out.

Sorry about that. I thought I put Gainesville. I’m fairly familiar with everything from Toccoa to Cummming, up to Hiawassee. Thanks

Oh, and yes, Florida will accept GA hours, but not certain if Georgia accepts Florida hours, even though there’s reciprocity for certified appraisers. Sticking with finishing up in Florida since that will give me a license in both places, and it’s a shorter route.

Well.. you might want to check with GA to find out.. huh?
