A computer can not do it. A computer needs data organized and in a database. How much information / data is available in photos that is not categorized or databased?

II am not talking about analytics. Today it is still what do your eyes tell you but today you have 10x to 100x more things for your eyes to look at.

Overall, the average time between contract and contract getting to the lender should be the same. Any difference in time would occur after that.

i don't know that i can agree with that statement. i would obviously have to go back and pull a bunch of orders for concrete evidence but the example i posted would drive the average up significantly on it's own, and that happens a lot. some days the contracts are 1-3 days old and at times they have been weeks old. every situation is unique. well i take that back - without fail all the contracts that are dated at least 3 weeks before they get to me are typically "rush" orders.
