TREND MLS - Market Conditions 1004MC

The SJSR MLS (Paragon) has a one click Market Conditions (1004MC) feature that instantly creates the data needed for the the 1004MC.

It would be great if everyone here would request the same thing from the TRENDMLS. I have, but more requests would likely speed up development of this feature. I would appreciate it if everyone would make that request.

I had also made this request in the past to Trend. Also, noticed recently that they have updated the instructions on how to run the reports needed for the MCA using the last day of the evaluation period.

I always use the 1004MC feature on our Northstar MLS - they compute data like Hatch's form.
