I just spoke with these people to see if Spark was available in my area and sadly it is not. He told me to get the word out and have appraisers in my area request it as the more requests they get the higher up the list it goes. So far they have only had 2 appraisers request it. The area is in North East Florida and the MLS is NEFAR. Please request if your interested. Ive watched the video and it looks like a great program. So please call them and request it in the Florida area.
