The ACI "Self-service Center" is based upon a "Chat With an Expert" dialogue box that requires the user to identify himself ad nauseum before it refers the message to the Expert, whose initial response is to ask about the problem, which one has already expressed before the referral... then after repeating the request, the auto response returns the message "that support isn't available because it's closed for the night." [WONDERING WHY TF THE USER MUST WADE THROUGH VARIOUS PROMPTS BEFORE BEING SHUNNED]
The link to the other help option of "Go To Webex" is broken. [WONDERING WHY IT DOESN'T GET FIXED IF IT'S BROKEN]
The only other Help menu option of "send support message/question" reveals a webpage "Error 404, Page Could Not Be Found" [WHICH HAS BEEN A BROKEN MF LINK FOR AT LEAST 15 YEARS, LITERALLY, AS UNCONSIONABLE, as the fact that every MF ACI report, also literally, corrupts and shuts down AT LEAST ONCE EVERY MF REPORT.
Other than that, and the ACI dictionary that is populated with at least 90% words NEVER EVER EVEN ONCE IN THE HISTORY OF APPRAISAL PRACTICE that has ever been used in an appraisal.... other than that I'm rather fond of the program because the reports IMO are so straightforward and easier to read than other programs...
