Pffftt......can't beat our local girl that got busted for sending unregistered trainees out to inspect the subject. 3rd party sources revealed that the unregistered trainees used the appraiser's name as their own.....ponder on that.....

$10k fine, 3 years probation and 75 hours of class.

This was her 11th sanction in the past 15 years......

She has an affinity for odd numbers, not including the fine amount. :)

Seriously??? Does she have ANY ethics???? Man, how does she stay in business??
