U/W stips

David, have the UNDERWRITER asking for these stips send you a copy of the appraisal report s/he has. I'm wondering if it was 'converted' prior to the underwriter seeing it; if so, the underwriter is not seeing the report you sent.

I know this thread is old and I haven't looked much past the first page, but I would venture a guess that this property may have been a HUD owned property and the lender has acopy of the HUD-REO report. It doesn't explain much, but HUD could have some type of buyer requirement for this property. The lender doesn't need a FHA report but if this is a first time home buyer or something like that HUSD could be stipping certian things inorder for the buyer to buy the property.
