I don't feel that any of them are highly capable of providing the same efficiency tools as we are used to having at our disposal. I utilize Ala mode. It is terrible with respect to 3.6. Truly a shell of its previous capabilities. I have experimented on several reports and the average time to complete is nearly 3 times with respect to data entry. And the lack of transition from 2.6 templating and quick lists is a joke. Other options that are out there that are new to the game but do not support general purpose appraising or 2.6. So the bottom line is get ready to spend much more time completing form filling and data collection to make it easier for them to mine your data and be prepared to carry two software suites unless someone can provide an adequate package for 2.6 and 3.6 combined. Everyone except the appraiser is going to make more money. I've been at this for 27 years. 3.6 will be the end of good appraisers in the mortgage industry in my opinion.

I built my own sketching software in AI. Still have a few tweaks to go, but it's rendering pretty nicely I think.

Thanks for responding I thought as much looks like I will be re-inventing the wheel for each report -
