I believe in having the highest moral and ethical standards of most any profession. I have no problem calling out those in this profession that don’t. Doesn’t matter if they are thought of as industry leaders or not.

You do that but don't whine or cry when the process servers pound on your door at 6 AM and hand you a Subpoena that your E & O carrier policy doesn't cover because it's a Civil Lawsuit for slander and not involving any prior real estate appraisal you completed.

Now your legally naked and that large Corporation or AMC or agency head can bankrupt you fast as your private attorney fees eat you alive. You can stand on your phoney high moral horse but secular judges don't care, this isn't a Pentecostal Brother Live Friday Night Salvation Show. Your F biggley and now your broke.

Didn't think you could understand the message that was being delivered to you but Just carry on and continue until something goes wrong.

Nobody's going to miss the ones bragging about how moral and ethical they are. We all know that most of the holier than thou types are the biggest sinners.

It's the lender's AMCs that are destroying your ability to make a decent living not lawsuits. Get focused and maybe you can make it for a few more years but nobody's coming after you because your not any threat to anyone in the lender or banking community's leadership roles.

We don't know the facts on that
situation but maybe you can enlighten us all because Chad keeps asking you but he never gets any reply from his ethical, moral and honest appraiser buddies.

Who should Chad go to do a welfare check on your bestie ? remember that appraisers democracy dies in darkness.

I guess that's why you rebels all use fake stage names and social media face masks but we all know who you really are.
