UAD 3.6 Grok, Claude, ChatGPT and the delay of 3.6

The virtual where owner or realtor sends a video of interior and exterior directly to you or lender who forwards it to appraisers. The same with floor plans done by HO or the owners.
Agree.... this is where this is going. It's already happening for home insurance. The insurance company wants the homeowner to be the photographer, inspector and send photos to the portal to see the condition of the property and adjust the insurance amount accordingly.

I blew them off last time and received our updated home policies (higher $$ of course). I have a home insurance provider neighbor.... told him that I blew them off and he was surprised they didn't drop us.

Yep. My last auto claim was handled through a phone app. When the GSEs decide to pull the trigger on our careers the tech already exists, and the end will happen quickly.

Side note: TOTAL and JT (because she acts like she's still in the field) are taking a beating in a Facebook group right now over this mess. It almost makes the drama worthwhile.

There will be true desktops coming and used where you dont leave the office and no physical inspection done. The virtual where owner or realtor sends a video of interior and exterior directly to you or lender who forwards it to appraisers. The same with floor plans done by HO or the owners.

Are those desktops? A desktop implies no inspection was done. What you are describing is a 1004URAR with a non-licensed person performing the appraisal inspection.

35%? Now they're getting WARMER ... I tell you its gonna %@&!* their system up real, real bad when 50-60% of us walk away overnight ... and then Bill Pulte will come to "have a talk" with them ... :clapping:
I think they will also have a problem with those like me that already cherry pick assignments and work we when want to, not when they send demanding rush assignments I intend to take cherry picking to another level, using more than one license in this racket gives one a level of freedom they can't measure in a poll.

Are you able to say which FB group? I might take a peek at the posts, unless it's one of the groups I've been banned from.
