I have the new 2014 UAD definitions pages included in my report, however when submitting the report through Appraisal Port's env. file conversion, the old UAD definitions page shows up after the conversion. I checked with another NCV user and they have seen the same thing, then I checked with an ACI user and they also are seeing the same problem. Just wondering if others are seeing this with other software programs, and if so, we need to tell Appraisal Port to make the proper updates to their program.

I use Clickforms which has a three page UAD definition and explanation page. First page describes Quality, second page describes Condition and third page the abbreviations. Appraisal Port combines page one and two with both quality and condition on one page. The abbreviation page has the new 2014 UAD abbreviation page.

What has griped me for years about ENV files is what they do to my addendums and exhibit pages. They completely rearrange the page sequence so that subject photos and maps are the last pages after comparable photos. They shorten the amount of information on each page of my Expanded Comment Section (addendum pages). So that my three page Section increases to seven pages with breaks in the middle of sentences and/or paragraphs. Really makes the writing style look weird. Comments on the form that fit the blanks and pass the reviewer get transferred willy nilly over to comment pages that are out of sequence.

Beginning in July Fannie and Freddie will no longer accept ENV files and I will be very glad to see that go since things get so scrambled in translation. I certainly hope that the property disposition branch in Dallas also ditches the ENV files too.

Are your UAD definition pages just rearranged but do have the 2014 info? Since Clickforms is transferring correctly (or as much as it can in spite of AIReady programming) it might be a software problem rather then AppraisalPort problem.

The new 2014 UAD pages are in my report when sending, but after it converts it is no longer there and is replaced with the old UAD definition pages. At the bottom of the UAD sheets it shows a date of 2011 and the garage definitions are gone along with the other newer terms. Everyone might want to check to see what is happening with theirs to see if this problem is widespread or just for certain software programs.
