I'm using "NW Contemp'y" for Design/Style in most reports I do.
Out here in the wild northwest we don't have as many 'eclectic' designs (as RH says) as eastern states. We're younger!
And we ain't got none of these: "Prairie Vernacular."
But other posters are correct....F/F prefers a 'verbal description' that does not include the number of stories on the Design/Style line. This is an "instruction", not a REQUIREMENT per the UAD, so there is some leeway for your response.
