I asked and found out that on mobile, I can draw a rectangle for the sketch, drop in the labels of bedroom, baths, etc., to sync with the photos, then do the finished sketch on a home desktop computer.

They said in Total that the merge with the template is not functional yet, but will be soon.

Instead of a file number under assignment, the field is called client or appraiser reference ID. We will not be able to convert 3.6 report to save as an ENV .

Just my opinion, the mobile sketcher is a lot simpler to use than the desktop version.

What size laptop screen are you lappers using.

I'm using an Iphone Promax 15, Not sure a laptop will work in the field and for me, the tablets are too big / bulky
