In my area the actual County address officially assigned by the 911 addressing committee may not be what the owner has used for many years and how the post office has it in their database. A few years ago the 911 people corrected many addresses for the county and notified the residents of the corrected addresses. Neither the residents or 911 group notify the PO of the official addresses. This has caused problems since the correct address does not match historical data of the PO and Lenders or sometimes what the borrower has been using. State the official assigned address correctly for UAD with explanation of variances. Could also show a GIS aerial of subject with addressed as assigned by 911 (part of the GIS database for the County.

In this County the County assigns the address.

One of the small towns I service, the street signs and the property owners, spell some of the street names differently than county records, bing, google, and USPS.

So which is correct, the sign and market, or USPS.

You are not to go by a USPS mailing address. You are to format the physical address to USPS standards, meaning the street type and direction are abbreviated and arranged correctly
