Just wondering (based upon my residential license only) if the ACI FORM USPO1 (Uniform Commercial/Industrial Summary Appraisal Report--Small Property) has a current version without embedded comment pertaining to Complete, Limited, and Departure verbiage, and if it's appropriate to use the form for a) lending, or b) non-lending assignments.

(just wondering whether it's appropriate to use, although I realize that most folks PREFER not to use it...)

"Appropriate" is a matter of opinion. My opinion is that the form isn't generally appropriate for any assignment. It's much quicker/easier/better to use a narrative.

For some assignments I really liked that form while it was still current. But it's not current and there won't be any updates, so at this point its dead to me.
