Did the price go up? The website now has the membership at $109. And the USPAP update is not one of the included courses? I don't see it listed anywhere. Thanks

Does anyone on this site think a "national" school will put the old original Mom & Pop schools out on the street?
I would like to see each appraiser in the country using the same language, methods, etc. so it would be easy to read a report anywhere. But if we all just go online for so many hours each 24 months how will we know who "WE" are.
My wife says we are just old trolls under a bridge, never seeing light. Sad thought.....

I guess I just got in at the right time. However, even at $109 it is a bargain. I just signed up for a 7 hour AI course, and as an AI member, it is $175. Non members pay $225. For JUST 7 hours! This is the AI price for online education, as well.

I do not think that USPAP was ever included in the quoted price, but I saw it was offered for another price. I don't need USPAP currently, so I did not look in to it.

Re: Post by Steve Dann

The $89 price ended on 12/31/10. The current price is $109 for a 12-month subscription that includes unlimited access to all current courses and any new courses added during a subscription term.

Currently, we do not offer the online 7-hr USPAP update directly, but instead we've partnered with a 3rd party to provide a $99 offering available to Appraisal University subscribers.

I don't see Tn yet.

What a great site. I hope TN will gain approval as courses are difficult to find locally.
