For those that tell U that the Appraisal Fee is in Escrow Have RE Agent put in Addendum "UPON RECIEPT OF INVOICE FROM APPRISAL COMPANY, BUYER AND SELLER INSTRUCT ESCROW OFFICER TO PAY THE APPRAISAL FEE FROM THE EARNEST MONEY PRIOR TO CLOSE OF ESCROW> This is a very important statement as Title Companies have rules, as we do. IF this is not on the P&S & the deal falls thru The Title company MUST return the money to those that put it in Escrow. The beauty of this statement is U get to Invoice the Escrow holder as soon as U get P&S.
 
Our little backward State has an Appraisal Lein Law(written by a Lawyer/Appraiser.)

Works pretty good.

Attorney G. has copy.

Also, has a list of Mtg. Brokers who are lic, If not, they are in violation of Security laws.
