I mentioned about an unusable shower years ago.
It was for a conventional home.
The shower had tiles missing near the faucet area and if used, would have water damaged in that area.
Being lucky Fernando as usual, a contractor was there when I was there. After he looked at it, he said the repair could be done for something less than $1,000.
My condo property at that time was at least $700K or was that $800K which isn't too high around here.
Anyway, I mentioned in the report of the missing tiles and the shower could be useable with a less than $1,000 repair.
If lender had a problem, they could have put a subject to repair but they didn't.
