Mr Rex; I like the old station wagon. Would sell for a ton with a fresh paint job and some 24s.[/QUOTE]

You may have missed the possible DONK next to the pick-up. Malaise era(1970's) Chevy Caprices are the most popular for the 24"+ rims, raised suspensions, custom paint jobs and blasting stereos. I'm considering one for my next appraisal vehicle! Just the thing for clearing road obstacles, like Toyota Prius' (Prius's, Priu, Priuses')?

My old college roommate is a huge Canes fan... Gonna have to shoot the photos over to him... Myself... I played football at USF... So, you know where my loyalty is... Go Bulls! Now, I'm stuck in Arizona in a terrible market and won't be able to unload my house for at least five years considering what I paid for it... Although, I was able to start my firm USF Appraisals, LLC, up out here... USF Appraisals, LLC... bringing the South Florda beaches out to the desert!

I'd make a downward adjustment for the cost to repaint the house plus some profit. The adjustment I would make if there was defective paint. And it's not $100. More like $2,500+ if done by a professional. Looks like the gutters are rusted out too.

Love the old Chevy wagon. '63?

FHA does not allow painting unless it's lead based paint and peeling. The home could be purple with polka dots , sorry , no cost to cure. This an FHA question , Right???

Are your bean cans lead free? I already know ammo is a FHA problem due to elevated lead content.:new_all_coholic:

I would not worry about the paint job at all. Not only would Miami fans like it, fans of other schools would enjoy buying the place so that they could paint over it. LOL Nor would the cars concern me. It's typical for that neighborhood.
