Those politics have ended because there's no funding or appetite for it anymore. We can go back years and many thing's come and go.

The race and gender social experiment ended because it quit working and people didn't give a **** anymore. Now they're trying to find a new crisis or cause to control people. They kinda ran out of gas because the younger people have new things and ideas.

I don't think so..... just a few weeks ago I took my USPAP continuing education course to renew my license. The first 30% of the course was all appraiser bias and what to do and what rules to follow to prevent appraisal bias.....

Yes that's because it was mandated by the previous administration and the BRE for the broker's renewal course also had all the new race and biases in the course. That's now in the system's and probably not going away. What's going away is HUD using it's Pave Task Force to go after appraisers on false accusations.

100%. PAREA, Practicum, bias USPAP ($500k paid for the rewrite), etc. aren't going anywhere. We were thrown a lifeline but the next election may sink us.

The Democrats said if Trump won then democracy was over and there wouldn't be any Presidential Election's. I'm taking their word on this .
