Actually, US Appraisal Group is registered as D N S Associates, a company run by an appraiser named Dione Spiteri. You can check out the registered agent through:

I wasn't being sneaky. This is all stuff available on the web. I do not know this appraiser and I'm not familiar with either entity.

US Appraisal
Was finally able to reach rep at US Appraisal who assured me they were just a little late with sending out checks. I was a little worried because when I tried to get on the website yesterday, it website was down. I have done a couple appraisals for a company that went out of business and didn't pay. However, their website is up today and does show that the receivables are pending. Thanks.
