USDA appraisal Requirements

Just a note to my fellow Utah USDA appraisers. Please alway's include a plat map in your appraisals. A few are trying to get around that requirement, but it is a necessity. It is required by HUD 4150.2 and is a supplemental requirement by USDA. Thanks, you guy's and ladies do good work.
