As far as I am concerned reports written in UAD "code" do not confrorm to USPAP.

Even the lenders cannot read and understand them, except for a select few.

Of course, no one will stop the GSEs from doing whatever they please with appraisals.

This isn't the first time Fannie Mae basically told the USPAP Police to go fly a kite. They did it back in the 1990s and folks were putting two certifications in the reports - the Fannie version and a compliant FIRREA version.
