The PDF is embedded in my post, it was doing 1 page at a time, but then the whole PDF attached. Can you not see it? I'm only asking because my OneDrive gave me crap opening it so it's read only or look up the link on the Arkansas Appraiser Board website. No need to call the Director when it's listed under online CE for the state.

I hate OneDrive. Deleted it on this computer and it still tries to load to it. Stole every picture I had in my pictures folder and uploaded them without my permission. I see Calypso saying it is no longer required but I want to double check. Until Covid it was in person only.

Yikes! Well the PDF was from the Arkansas Board, not Mckissock, in case that wasnt clear. It had other online providers too. Now the whole thing is attached 6 times when before it was doing a page at a time. I'm taking a Calypso CE right now on Construction.

Continuing Ed and Pre-License Courses for Appraisers
All license or certificate holders including trainees must complete a seven-hour USPAP Update course with each new edition of USPAP.

Yes. USPAP is updated every 2 years and the update course is required after every new addition.

Illinois requires the update course is completed by June 30th the year of the USPAP new addition.
The USPAP updates are not tied to the update course schedule. The previous USPAP was in effect from January 2020 - December 2023. Beginning with the current version of USPAP, it will not be updated on any regular schedule. Updates will occur when TAF deems that an update is needed. The every other year course requirement isn't effected.

In case anyone else is in MA, I checked with the Division of Professional Licensure.

They said you need a USPAP update in each license renewal cycle, and you can't use the same version twice. So if you used the 2022-2023 USPAP when you last renewed, you need to take 2024-2025 USPAP to renew, but if you last renewed with 2020-2021 USPAP, and subsequently took 2022-2023 USPAP, you can renew without taking the 2024-2025 USPAP. Apparently even though the document didn't change from 2020-2023, you still need take have taken the course twice in that period to renew.
