Finished all my CE with Calpyso online. Not a big fan of online but the classes were quite good... the USPAP was especially reasonable as dreary as the subject can be. I actually expected it to be more difficult than that. With the USPAP online class you have to buy the online book, but it is quite easy to search and better than paper.

Good to know. I actually learned some things in the construction class about reading plans and specs, proper terms and such. They have had good reference materials on the classes I've taken.

Your funny. I always learn something in USPAP classes.

I can separate USPAP and the controversy with TAF.

Separation of AMC/APPRAISAL fees on Truth in lending disclosures? Don't make me mad about supply and demand. I can explain tons of reasons that AMC and APPRAISAL fees should be separated on truth in lending disclosures.

Evidently Chopra and TAF don't give a crap. (CFPB yet to be determined)

I renewed license recently and E&O company includes 14 hours online. Hard courses. I am not kidding you.

You on the other hand probably like person class atmosphere. You ARE great teacher.

Okay, since you pushed my button. It can take me way longer than 7 hours to complete a 7 hour course.

I know I am slow. LOL

TN recently changed their rules where all continuing education of 28 hours every two years can be taken online.

It does not have to be live video classes anymore.

It does not have to be in class live classes.

A mistake, IMO, that NC made some years ago.

Tell me the parties most interested in live classes and I can lead you to the situation.

Remember I study motivations. I am very good at it.

Hard courses. I am not kidding you.
The OREP classes I took had some glaring errors on test questions. Right answers were marked wrong on at least 2 questions. And basically, I've taken all the OREPs they offered unless they have a new one or two recently.
