USPAP class in Washington/Oregon needed ASAP

HELP!! The state informed me orignally that my USPAP requirement would be for my next renewal, not for the one due at the end of this month! (I had to renew after one year when my license was issued due to my birthday falling on some date! Not entirely sure how they work that, except they got a renewal fee again! Anyway, was just informed again after wanting to make SURE I didn't have to take it and voila, whaddya know, new person now says I do have to take it! 1st person said once every 4 years, and I'm on year 3 of my license. (And one month.) Anyway, now I'm frantically looking for a class in the next couple of weeks for a class (15 hours) in Washington or Oregon. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!! I'm totally exasperated, but I guess since I'm working with the state here, what can I expect!!!
