USPAP Compliance Addendum

Back when I was leaving the business, the USPAP Addendum was required by most clients. It was just something we tossed in the back of the report. I'm seeing less of them these days. Do clients not require them anymore, or something?

I know of a couple of lenders who require them - primarily because so many appraisers botch the wording on the required prior services disclosure.

PITA; it's in the report addendum (all components) unless you don't read, docs are already 30+ pages and that stuff was in my 12 page reports, back in the day.

I include it in every report. IMO The LC in the 1004 don't meet what's required in Std Rule 2-3.
