I'm not seeing any violations of any sort in the statement as it reads. All the sentence says is that the comparables are the most similar to the subject property in all respects. What do you think it means?

That would be my question too. I have never seen a statement in FIRREA about comp selection, and I have copies going all the way back to the original.

They sell reading glasses at Wal-Mart.
