USPAP Extended One Year
Appraisers:
The Appraisal Foundation’s Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) announced that the current edition of USPAP will be extended one year.
This means that the 2020-2021 USPAP will now be effective to December 31, 2022.
Media Contact: Amy Timmerman (202) 624-3048 amy@appraisalfoundation.org
DOES this mean in 2023 there will be a new improved & redacted USPAP regarding (the current mess with) the new Forms & the HYBRID Part "A" inspectors
with the impact of the Part "B" appraiser being the Fall Guy -liable for 5-7 years ?
Seems Appraiser's around the country aren't accepting HYBRID "modernization of their appraisal world".
