One question concerning the subject's sale history. I said 3 years, it told me I was wrong and that the correct answer is 1 year. 8O 8O

That entire test came from a previous version (not 2003) of USPAP. Some of the questions and answers are not current.

The small free USPAP test should be updated now for 2003. Only 27 questions though. Let me know if you see anything else wrong.

I took the test at AppraisalHQ on 2/20/03 and they seem to have updated it to reflect changes to USPAP.

The answer to one of the multiple choice questions is "C".
