If you leave the address, picture of subject, location (map) of subject, or other information, such as, but not limited too, "the subject is located next door (and leaving that address in the report) to comparable 1", etc. which allows me to identify the subject property, I agree the information is public, the picture may be or may not be public (if you cannot view the subject from the street) and the assessor does not have a picture in their file, have you allowed confidential information to remain in the report?
The information would allow me to know, that the property I could then identify, as being considered for the intended use, for example, but not limited to, a mortgage transaction, a FSBO, taxation dispute, etc. and at some point in time these may or may not be a matter of public information and/or knowledge.
It is and will be left up to your specfic state board to decide.
I believe being safe is better than being sorry.
