I've just received an Amended contract with no date on the amendment. Final inspection was last week & they closed on Friday. When I went out, the screen porch did not have the screen on it. The porch was complete, just not the screen & framing for door...

Previously, I have handled amendments to contracts by making notes on page three of URAR of date received, date of amended contract & what the amendment changed.

As this amendment would change my sales grid slightly, but honestly not the final opinion of value, do I perform a revised report with copy of the amended contract (after they provide another version of the amendment that has been dated?) And then, change my final inspection to read yes (rather than no it's not complete) and include a copy of the amendment in the final as well?

And honestly, they've closed. Do I even worry with this at this point???

I know FNMA says we are not "obligated" to change anything on amendments received after the effective date, but this is for the VA, etc...

I don't change anything in the report. It happened after the effective date.

Don't do anything. RLC says anything added after the effective date and NOV issued, do not change. No other rules but VA"s rules apply. Lender cannot make you and you can tell them to call the RLC if they have a problem. They won't.
