VA cancels bailout program

I mitigate collateral risks for my client(s) on real property rights. That is my job.

MV opinion is at center of my job.

I made a living doing liquidation assignments for Fannie a long time. Didn't like them either.

If VA has more liquidation assignments, then FNMA has way more on horizon or in shadow inventory.

Veterans served, defended, fought for our country. To keep the machine going, you can't discourage people from enlisting. Some things are worth paying for..... this is one of them.

Cut lifetime medical benefits for congressmen and senators instead you Fing A holes......

Everyone who does their part to keep the machinery going is special....
And should get what $$$ from funds that they contributed to....
Like the essential works who placed their lives on the line during Covid....
Meat packers, 1st responders, medical workers, APPRAISERS, etc....
Not all military personnel are special but they should get what their contract promised them....
But they aren't more special than anyone who contributes to the machinery....
If bailouts aren't in their contracts, so be it....

VA medical and VA loan benefits are some of the best benefits govt gives veterans. I realize people can get in hardships after serving America. But VA has to cut their losses also when a veteran is underwater on a mortgage and has no way out.

If a veteran lives near a VA hospital, they can get care in many cases.

VA is only loan mortgage program that needed no bailout.

Veterans just have hardships and can't get out of the mortgage without liquidation.
