Good morning, can someone please provide the email address for the Virginia / Roanoke region used to request vacation time?

Vacation time is national now, submit a ticket.

Smile, you are on candid camera.

One more reference:

1-877-827-3702

Talk nicely and say I need a vacation.

When you go to IT service desk to ask to be off. Put in your stop date a day before you want to be out. Same way being put back in. Like if you want your stop date tomorrow, you would request it today and put your stop date today. If you want to be put back on Monday then you would request start date this Friday. They recycle at midnight is what I have been told.

If you don't do it that way, you may get an order you can't do or not get an order when you want one.

When you go to your portal, it will say something on your home page like available Y/N. If it is N, you are not available. If it says Y, you are available. The day before on stop and start is key because midnight matters. Do business days in your calculation. Don't count Saturday and Sunday or holidays.

Okay? I hope I helped a little.
