VA list and requirements

Is there a VA approved appraiser list? What is required to be a VA approved appraiser? I'm licensed in MA and I'm FHA approved.

Yes. They maintain a fee panel/rotation list, by geographic region.

That should bring up contact info and a printable application for YOUR region's VA RLC.

No, it's not published. The major difference between selection for VA vs FHA is a 5 year experience require...as a licensed or certified appraiser.
