VA Peeling paint on Shed

there are a few VA appraisers who will find chipping and peeling paint no matter how minor just to justify another $100 fee for a final inspection.

We only get $75.00 in our RLC, and many forget to pay that. Not a real incentive, a nuisance fee more than anything else. But, if it needs repair I will call for it regardless of the fee.
