VA plumbing leak in ceiling in condo

Needs to be fixed.

How to fix:
CURRENT owner of the condo needs to put in a claim with THEIR insurance to fix the problem and prevent further damage.

Current owner's insurance company will fix and then subrogate to the responsible party, be it the neighbors or condo insurance.

The plumbing work took less than an hour and they charged $900. Did that also include the drywall repair, or was that another $900 repair.

Another $900 probably....the appraiser is the only ones whom fees are trending down....
