I tried twice, true, it will block you after so many tries. That's it for me... after all tomorrow is another day.

I had similar issues around the time you posted this - but have since been able to submit a couple. Appears to be hit or miss today. I sent up 3 this morning, in record time, system was flying at that point.

I hate it when I get this message. The VIP portal is unavailable due to unscheduled maintenance. I have 2 reports to upload and some to download too,

Lol, you must be a VA newbie. Get used to it, it happens frequently. Last year, it was down for almost 3 days
