No cubicles they'll work out of a bedroom or in a den in the comfort of their home office. The boss is virtually interacted with and yes their will be quotas and bonuses for high production.

If they don't like the offer their free to be independent and work with AMCs. Everyone has options just less will be one person independent fee operations.
