Anyone else heading back out to Vegas this year for either of the annual get togethers, or are most skipping? I find it to be good as a younger person in this profession for the time being, but mostly there to make sure I’m not behind the curve of whatever the GSEs and AMCs are rolling out.

I missed the other appraisal event in April in Colorado, so I have no clue if there was anything fruitful from that.

I'd go to one every year or 2, but I doubt most appraisers could afford a 3-5k trip to vegas under the current working conditions.

Well, there is ONLY one 3-hour Bias seminar; otherwise, it looks like mostly an update event. I might very well go - as my wife likes the slots, and we haven't been to Vegas in ages. I don't gamble - so I can put her in MGM for the day and go to the event. I am acquainted with some of the presenters.
