You may want to avoid answering that question. Instead, defend your report. Explain how and why you researched data, selected comparables, extracted adjustments, etc. In other words, do what we are always supposed to do... Support your opinions and conclusions. Most knowledgeable people would probably tell you that 5% is within the typical margin of error.
