Actually, I would pilot a program that was pretty simple and addressed only two things, as a starting point - support for site value/site adjustments and support for GLA adjustment. Those two items alone address a LOT of issues.

Tilting a house to the south versus the north can make a million dollar difference in some places.

Just being argumentative because it's hot and I'm in a bad mood. lol

Freaking assessor won't give me a copy of an old site plan to confirm a septic system because it's "private information."

let's look at it realistically. let's say you do 5 reports a week. even if you had to post an update every day on every report that would be 25 messages total. i think it's safe to say that the amount of time it would take to do that pales in comparison to the amount of time you spend on here to get top poster of the month just about every month. so if you cut back on the time you waste during the day playing around on the internet you could not only post something on every order you have every day but probably have a few spare hours each week as well to get MORE work done.

thanks for the lecture lol.... I manage my time well, And deliver on time unless needed for good reason..I don't give a crap about the top poster a month, I wish they'd drop that category. I post here because it s interesing and as a stress reliever and it is my only "distraction" during working hours, I eat lunch at desk, etc.
