I don't have 15 - but will be telling my FNMA rep that I can send her the report directly - but cannot use AP at this time. Wachovia will hear the same.

And another fine pirate walking the walk! My hat is off to you - and to ANY appraiser, no matter how large or small the number of reports, who has the courage to say NO. NO - and the reasons why - are what lenders must hear. And it wouldn't hurt to get a copy of Judge Titus' ruling to them, along with the LIA letters and links to Appraisalscoop and Working RE..............I rather imagine their Compliance Departments will be VERY interested!

I terminated First Horizon/Met Life and Appraisal Port last week. Loan Officer in charge had no clue what I was saying, when I explained my reasoning. I'm done with signing agreements. The Met Life agreement, and the AP flap were the last straws. There comes a time...........:fiddle:

Yo-ho.........and another fine pirate! The more who tell them NO and say why, the better chance of things changing. NO takes courage - good for you, matey!
