Oh and by the way, if you cant stay within 1 mile, 6 months, 25% gross, 15% net, 10% line adjustments then you are a BAD appraiser. Unless you come in at above contract price/owners estimate of value :twisted:

Try something in Lake Forest Illinois or Lake Bluff Illinois. Highwood Illinois or Highland Park Illinois. You might not have the same acrage, but certainly the home and amenities will be comparable. You can then try to adjust for lot size and location. :?:
