Why would there be a petition? it’s now understood that we give the client what they want.
Show us on the doll where a (real) lender touched you, and threatened to not pay you if you didn't lie for them.and yet...no petition for value pressure![]()

You didn't huh? I know your real name. I should look and see whether that's true.
I sure did sign the Appraiser's Petition and I'm glad I did. I'd do it again, even knowing it would put your clients out of the appraisal management business. Your former clients literally have no legitimate business even holding an appraisal report in their hand, much less controlling it's engagement. It's not their money, it's not their decision of whether/not to make the loan and whatever use they DO have for controlling the appraiser is in direct conflict with it's stated user, use, and purpose.
Idk like in NY on Trump's properties. Appraiser or more than one was involved there. I am not sure the appraiser put the same value as Trump when Trump reported the values.
Suffice it to say I migrated away from working for those people many years ago. In part because of the chronic and pervasive problems revolving around the contingent engagement/contingent compensation/external pressure issue. Needless to say, I do not miss any aspect of the MB trade.so you are the one that can point to doll and show us where they hurt you the most...
