Property has a garge style townhouse. The garage level is considered basement since the rear of that level is below grade. There are no other exits from the basement except through the garage door. Would the garage door exit make it a walk out basement?

Edit: I forgot to mention the entry point is on the 1st floor above grade, there are stairs outside leading to the door. Only the garage door allows you into the basement without going into the house first.

Drive in/under garage. I would not consider it a basement (my market) unless there is more space than for vehicle parking and a pedestrian door.

You can walk out the garage door, lol, but I don't usually call them walk out basements unless there are windows and finish on that level. I would call it a built in garage on the lower level.
