WAMU/LSI Desk Reviews

I agree Tim. And it seems like 95% of the wholesale appraisals had to just about be re-written. Now that retail is 75% non-WAMU appraisers, the entire review process should be interesting.

Maybe they forgot about wholesale when they "did the deal" and now, starting on 9/12..............its a big YIKES!!!!!!!!!!

I have no idea if eAppraiseit or LSI does the "guarantee thing" some of the AMC's do, but, they might want to start getting worried if they do.

I believe "Preferred Panel" appraisers with eAppraiseit have to pinky promise to do enhanced desk reviews (whatever that is :Eyecrazy: ) for $35.
Alrighty then............:rof: :rof: :rof:

$15!!!???
Well, that'll make a good allowance for my 6 year old. Sure, send them on... she can do about 4 a day before the attention span diminishes. :)

Yes, pretty amazing...but he is a typical appraiser. works by himself in Denver, used to be in CA. When he went there, he neededwork and he hates to do marketing.

I've heard a couple stories where LSI has used a desk reviewer from out of state to override field reviews ordered by staff at WaMu. How crazy is that?

It has been stated to me "LSI pays $12,000 per year plus $3.00 per review to a reviewer working from home".

I believe those are first tier checklist reviews. Not a full standard 3 tech.
