Relax, Stephen. F11-16 are multipliers all the way back to 2004 per region. You asked about retrospective values. You can reference ten years back on any up to date book.

I swear, I am relaxed simply putting the questions out there. Actually most were not directed to you my friend. Just did not know what F11-16 was.

You could buy an older book, but would still need to subscribe to the service to get the updates, in which case you would be just as well off to purchase a book directly from them, as they include the book when you subscribe. If you don't subscribe, you won't get the updates legally (considering the book is copyrighted), and without the updates, the cost figures wouldn't be the most recent. Using an old book wouldn't provide supportable current cost data.

As I said I do not know how it works now. Especially, since CoreLogic bought out Marshall but it did not work that way in the 1980' and 90's. Then you bought the book (at about $500) and the quarterly subscription separately (about $100). When you updated the book you had to purchase it outright (another $500). Maybe the OP still thinks it works that way. However, that is pure speculation on my part. However, Pam, I am sure you will agree the OP is a valid question.

I would be happy to sell you a 2015 residential cost book for $450 or a Commercial book for $700. All orders prepaid, just send payment and delivery instructions. Thanks for your patronage.
